Welcome to the blog!

 

I will add new recipes and information about future courses and events here on the blog and our Facebook page.

 

My dream is to start a successful cake business, where people can try my cakes and macarons. I launched Frenchcakes.ie in October and have since received 2500+ visits, which is amazing!

 

I want to be very transparent about my journey so other people can be inspired to follow their own dreams.

I myself went from being a real estate agent to learning to bake at home, and then finally got my pastry chef degree and worked for 3 years in French pastry shops.

 

I moved to Dublin in September and have decided to work hard on starting my own cake business for the next 12 months and then evaluate my options at the end of this year. Every order, every message and every visit means a lot to me to keep my dream alive!

 

In November and December, I spent a lot of time creating the recipes for our cakes and macarons, finding reliable suppliers, buying packaging, creating this website, buying equipment and so on. All the basic requirements of running a cake business.

 

I am now moving to the next stage of this journey, which includes selling my cakes and macarons in food markets in Dublin, offering courses and continue selling my cakes on frenchcakes.ie.

 

I will keep you updated as I continue on my journey.
