These beautiful and delicate little treats are entirely handmade with the best ingredients to make the finest macarons. The entire range is gluten free, suitable for vegetarians and contains no artificial flavours. They are best kept in the fridge up to 4/5 days and consumed at room temperature.

I'm specialized in mousse cakes with mirror glazing and I'm dedicated to create a selection of cakes with the perfect combination of flavour, the right texture and the right amount of sweetness. I can personalize my cakes to suit your needs by creating unique decorations.

TROPICAL CAKE

Lime sponge cake, candied pineapple, passion fruit/mango cream and a vanilla mousse. 

DELIA CAKE

Layers of white chocolate mousse with a hint of vanilla, a strawberry confit and a strawberry cremeux on a financier sponge. 

TRIPAL CHOCOLATE CAKE

3 layers of chocolate mousse : dark, milk and white.

They are layered on top of  a brownie with hazelnuts and covered in a milk chocolate glazing.

LEMON AND RASPBERRY TART

Delicious association of lemon and raspberry crémeux on top of a almond baked cream tart. Decorated with meringue, raspberry and lemon macarons.

CHOCOLATE CARAMEL FUSION

Layers of dark chocolate mousse, creamy caramel and brownie with hazelnuts and is covered with a chocolate glaze.

COFFEE CAKE

Layers of crunchy almond shortcrust, almond baked cream, a smooth milk chocolate cremeux with nuts, and a white chocolate ganache flavored with roasted Colombian coffee beans.

LEMON TART

This pie is composed of an almond shortcrust, almond baked cream, a lemon curd and an Italian meringue.
