A light and fresh cake with the famous combination of vanilla and strawberry. This should lighten up even the rainiest days in Ireland. It has layers of white chocolate mousse with a hint of vanilla, a strawberry confit and a strawberry cremeux on a financier sponge.

Triple Chocolate Cake

 The Triple Chocolate Cake is composed of 3 layers of chocolate mousse : dark, milk and white.

They are layered on top of  a brownie with hazelnuts and covered in a milk chocolate glazing.

Lemon and Raspberry Tart

Delicious association of lemon and raspberry crémeux on top of a almond baked cream tart. Decorated with meringue, raspberry and lemon macarons.

Coffee Cake
